TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SCHOOL MUSICALS - What you get
When you purchase a musical, unless otherwise indicated, you
receive the following:
- Full script
- Piano / vocal
sheet music (with guitar chord symbols)
- Text sheets
for songs
Note: The script, sheet music and text sheets - either purchased by
PDF download or on a CD ROM - are in PDF format and may be printed,
photocopied and distributed as needed to rehearse and perform a show.
- licence for
an unlimited number of free performances (read about "performances" in the
section below)
- For dual
formatted CD-Roms and Audio cds only: two back-up copies of Audio backing Tracks for rehearsals and/or
performances may be made
Please carefully note the following:
- Slight changes to the script (e.g.,
names of characters, places, phrasings of lines) with the
intention of "personalizing" it are allowed.
- For the purpose of shortening the
overall time of performing a section/selections are also
permitted. However, re-writes in any form are strickly forbidden.
- Performances must be
free of charge
to the audience. If a fee in the form of voluntary
donations or ticket sales is taken for whatever purpose (e.g., charity, school support), this
must be authorized by and negotiated with Daniel Laubacher of Magic Bubble Music
previous to the performance(s). As the copyrights are exclusively owned by
Daniel Laubacher, a registered composer of AKM in Austria, the performing organization may
be required to pay royalties.
- Recording, either sound and/or videotaping,
is allowable for school archives for the purpose of
providing feedback to the students and teachers involved. Further distribution in the form of
sales (whether to cover costs or profit taking) is strictly prohibited without the
expressed written permission of
and negotiation with Daniel Laubacher of Magic Bubble Music as this is a breach of copyright.
- All copyrights of
the scripts, texts and music
are retained by Daniel Laubacher of Magic Bubble Music.
- Any and all reasonable requests will
be handled personally and sensitively by Magic Bubble
Music. We aim to offer flexible service and products and would like to obtain and retain your
trust. We only ask that fair trade be observed.
DOWNLOADS OF SONGS (obtained separately and
not as part of a school musical)
Sheet music, text sheets, scripts, listening samples or any other types of materials
which have
been downloaded - either free of charge or against payment - are for private use or for instructional
purposes in the classroom. The materials are meant to be used in their present state. Though
slight changes (a word or short phrase) are allowable if intended to best suite the teacher's lesson
plan, major adjustments must be cleared through Magic Bubble Music
( office@magicbubblemusic.com). Downloads - whether free of charge or paid for - may
not
be
passed on to others without the permission of Magic Bubble Music.
REFUNDS
On the Magic Bubble Music website, we aim to provide a wide
variety of materials (scripts, sheet music, musical samples) which can be
viewed and listened to in order that you know exactly what you will be
getting when purchasing from Magic Bubble Music. And when you order the
materials for purchase we make the assumption that you are very sure about
what you will be getting. Therefore, refunds will normally not be given.
Should the materials be badly damaged or if a CD does not function properly,
please contact us for replacements. We also may opt to send printable
materials by PDF attachment per email rather than by post.
DELIVERY / SHIPPING
Please allow a "reasonable" time period to receive any items ordered. We
send packaged
materials via "normal" post from Europe. Airmail will be used for overseas purchases. You
may
also contact us by email at any time regarding the status of your order.
METHODS OF PAYMENT / DOWNLOADING
- PayPal: Most of our items may be
purchased with credit card via PayPal which guarantees
security transactions. Once we receive notification that your purchase has been
paid, your item(s) will be dispatched. Downloads are usually sent the next
day but please allow up to five working days. Kindly make sure we have
your email address for downloads
INVOICING / ORDER FORMS
Should you prefer to use a school order form, please complete it (and sign with
an authorizing signature), scan it and send as an attachment to Daniel Laubacher
c/o Magic Bubble Music at
office@magicbubblemusic.com. We will then process your order and send
an invoice with bank details.
POLICY OF TRUST
At Magic Bubble Music we aim to build up trust. We understand that, with all the fraud
we hear
about with respect to online ordering, you may be hesitant about paying for
materials from "far, far away". Please feel free to write to us and arrange payment and receipt
of
your items in a way you feel most comfortable. All requests are handled personally by Daniel
Laubacher who personally guarantees this policy of trust.
